In addition, you should write your articles for readers and not for search engines. So pay attention to natural phrases, without tons of keywords, whereby these may occur naturally, but should not be in the foreground. A successful blog not only requires a lot of work and passion but also the necessary patience and motivation. Depending on the size of the niche, you will not be able to achieve great success with two articles per day. In addition, you should – also depending on which niche you are in – fill your blog with content continuously, i.e. daily.
6. Design & Hosting
The external appearance and a corresponding server/web space for pleasant loading times are of course also part of the basics of a successful and, above all, well-visited company blog. Because the bounce rate in the first few seconds, i.e. when your website is still loading, is incredibly high. And true to the motto “first impressions count”, your blog should of course also be structured and designed appealingly. Because the technical and design aspects are not met, no matter how good your articles are, you will not be able to win over many readers.
7. Old Articles
Finally, I would like to give you a tip for a sustainable increase in traffic. You will soon be able to look back on a large number of articles written on your business blog, which hide undreamt-of potential. After all, wouldn’t it be practical if older articles also attracted many daily visitors? This can only be achieved in very few cases with pure news articles, but if you (hopefully) also write specialized articles that are also timeless, you should fully exploit this potential. You mustn’t leave old articles untouched and – if it makes sense – keep them up to date and revise them. But the same articles can also be shared on social channels at a later date.
